Referral programme terms

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Refer a company to us and, if it becomes a client, we send you €300 once its first payment is confirmed. The referred company gets €300 off its first month. These are the terms.

1. Who runs the programme

IMPARAGON SL (full details in the Legal notice). For any questions: hello@imparagon.com.

2. Who can take part

  • Anyone of legal age, individual or professional, from any country.
  • People who work for IMPARAGON SL, or work with it on commission, cannot take part.
  • You cannot refer yourself, a company you work for, manage or own shares in, or a company where you take part in the decision to hire us.
  • If you advise or provide services to the company you refer (for example, as a consultant, agency or accountant), you must tell them that you will receive this reward if they become a client.
  • Referrals of public administrations or public-sector bodies are not accepted.

3. Which companies count

  • A company of any sector and country (B2B, e-commerce, services, franchises…) that invests, or is going to invest, at least €5,000 a month in advertising.
  • That was not already in touch with us in the 6 months before the referral (by form, call, meeting or any other channel). If two people refer the same company, the first one counts.
  • That hires a service from IMPARAGON SL and whose first payment is confirmed.

4. How to refer

  • With the form at imparagon.com/en/referrals: you answer three questions, give us the company’s details and yours, and the company is registered in your name.
  • Then, with your link: you send it to the company so they can book their call. If they book with that link or with the email you gave us, it joins your referral. The link keeps your referral for 90 days.
  • Your role is to introduce us. We talk to the company, prepare the proposal and close the deal. You do not act on behalf of IMPARAGON SL and cannot bind it.
  • Only refer people you know. Do not send your link in mass messages or to anyone who has not allowed you to write to them. If you share it publicly (for example, on social media), make it clear that you receive a reward if the company becomes a client.

By referring with the form you confirm that you have spoken to that person and that they agree to IMPARAGON SL contacting them. In our first contact we will tell them where we got their details.

5. The reward

  • €300 for the person who refers, once the referred company becomes a client and its first payment is confirmed. We send it by email within 30 days of that payment, through our rewards provider (Tremendous). You choose how to receive it from the options available in your country, such as a virtual Visa card or gift cards. Each option has its own terms of use (for example, its expiry date).
  • €300 off for the referred company, on its first month’s fee.
  • One reward per referred company. There is no limit on the number of companies.
  • You can see where each referral stands in your dashboard, with the link we email you.

6. Taxes

  • Any tax obligations arising from the reward belong to the person who receives it (for example, including it in their income tax return). IMPARAGON SL does not give tax advice; if in doubt, ask your adviser.
  • If you refer us as a company or professional, as part of your business, you will need to send us an invoice for €300 plus any applicable taxes to receive it.
  • If the law requires us to withhold tax or to report to the tax authorities, we will ask you for the necessary details (such as your tax ID) before sending it.

7. What cancels the reward

  • False details, referring companies that do not know they are being referred, or any attempted fraud.
  • Breaching sections 2 and 4.
  • The referred company’s first payment not being confirmed, or that payment being returned or cancelled before we send the reward.

8. Personal data

We process your details and those of the person you refer only to run the programme, contact that company and send you the reward, as set out in the Privacy policy. To send it, we share your name, your email and the amount with our rewards provider.

9. Acceptance and copy of these terms

  • You accept these terms by ticking the box on the form. We keep proof of that acceptance: the date and time, the version of the terms, the text you accepted, your IP address and your browser.
  • We then send you an email confirming your referral and the version you accepted.
  • You can save or print this page at any time. We keep every version of these terms.

10. Changes, end of the programme and governing law

IMPARAGON SL may change or end the programme at any time. Referrals made before a change keep the terms in force when they were made. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you take part as a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
